HOW TO ENTER: This sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. E._.T. on [January 1, 2008] and ending [July 4, 2011] at 11:59 p.m. E._.T. . You can enter this sweepstakes online. Online Entry: To enter the sweepstakes via the Internet go to: http://www.mypursuit.com/scholarship.html or http://www.cashscholarships.com. Complete the online entry form and submit during the entry period. Limit one entry per person during the entry period. Multiple entries submitted by a single person, whether via write-in or Internet, are void.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Eligible entrants must enter online as described. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Neither MyPursuit,nor their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, or any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online set-vice, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of official entry forms will be accepted.

DRAWING: One prize winner will be determined in a random drawing from among all online entries approximately twice a year by Sponsor. The next drawing is July 4, 2011. Winners will be notified by e-mail. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release, and return them, properly executed, within [14] days of notification. Failure to return documents as specified, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable will result in the entry being disqualified and an alternative winner selected. Prize must be claimed [14] days prior to notification or alternative winner will be selected.

WINNERS: By entry into this Scholarship sweepstakes, winners consent to the use of their names, identities, and/or photographs for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. If, in the judges' opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to terminate the online portion of the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all write-in and online entries received as of the termination date. Should the sweepstakes be terminated prior to the end of the stated entry period, notice will be posted at http://www.MyPursuit.com. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the sponsor or its agents.

ELIGIBILITY: United States law governs this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
